We are licensed, insured and have our DBIDS pass to clean on Maelstrom's Airforce Base. We offer traditional cleaning products or plant based cleaning products for those who prefer less toxins in their environment. Average price of reoccurring residential rcleans is between $150-$250 and average price of residential deep clean/move out clean is $300-$600. Please let us know if you would like an estimate beforehand. In cases of very large homes, many pets, or more than 6-12 months since property was deep cleaned, lots of organization or picking up needed or lots of items needing to be fine detail cleaned such as shutters, knick knacks may increase costs.
